The following “Wow Story” was submitted by Robin Shinault, CRCH Rehab, to the Carilion Clinic Intranet: “Crystal Gayle Epperly and her fellow first-year Respiratory Therapy (RT) students at JCHS filled a huge Easter basket with goodies and presented it to one of their patients, surprising him with the delivery. Most of the students had cared for the gentleman during their rotation through Inpatient Rehab and enjoyed his personality and charm. They showed such kindness, respect and thoughtfulness in remembering him.”
